Easy OREO Truffles
OMG OMG OMG@ These were FANTASTIC. I added 3/4 tsp of orange flavoring.... YAY! Love those chocolate oranges at the holidays? that's exactly the flavor but in one of the best truffles I have ever eaten. Definitely worth trying (again and again).

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II
Loved these. Want to save money but still have great cookies? eliminate the melted chocolate/sweetened condensed milk and cut the cherries in half. Think of it with the full cherries and chocolate as great when you want almost a truffle, and if you want a cookie instead you can go lighter.

WWII Oatmeal Molasses Cookies
Really "old fashioned tasting" and I mean that in a really good way. Very good. very very good. I'll definitely make them again. Don't overcook them.
