Rolled Buttercream Fondant

I nervously mixed the ingredients.. this was my first fondant. Superb results. I will try this again.

The absolute best. They walked off the platter. I battered and dipped and refrigerated for an hour. I did'nt have sweetened flaked coconut, it is not always available here in the Caribbean, so I used fresh grated coconut. Yum. Yum.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

to avoid flattening the rolls when cutting, use a length of thread, place under the roll where you want to cut it holding the ends. Tie a knot... easy as pie.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Can I give more than 5 stars? This is great. I have been making it for every family function for the last 3 years. My 5 year old eats it on its own. I add about a table spoon of finely chopped onions & sweet peppers combined and a shake of black pepper.
