I love to cook, I experiment with recipes making them my own. I baked my first cake at 7yrs and cooked a full Caribbean Sunday lunch at 12 yrs. My joy is to eat out and try to recreate the dish at home. Bread and cakes are my favourite things to cook but I love a challenge so I will try almost anything. My mom baked fresh bread every Saturday when I was a child. She loves to feed people and like her my pot can expand to feed all who come to the table. finally getting the bread making thing right after many failed attempts. I can now throw down a batch f bread with my eyes closed. one of my earlier cakes looked like what's left after a volcano erupts... a crater. My Dad said "egg, butter, sugar and flour is cake.. make another" I did and and here I am today.
