Great recipe! I didn't have pearl onions, so I used what I had, red onion. I browned the beef, cooked the onions, and put everything into my crock pot and let it cook on low all day. Served over rice, awesome.

Brazilian Black Bean Stew

I was a little leery when I read the ingredients, but was in the mood for something different. WOW!!!! Awesome recipe. Everything worked together so well. I'm planning to make it this week-end for super bowl. Definitely 5 stars.

Chicken Jerusalem I

I made this for dinner tonight, following the directions exactly, and my husband RAVED about it. It is an excellent dish, and I plan to make it for company soon. It tastes like it took hours of prep time.

Coq Au Vin, My Way

Lemon Delight

Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts

Very, very good! I, too, made this on top of the stove instead of in the microwave. I just browned whole chicken breasts in some olive oil and then followed the ingredients as stated. Simmered in the sour cream sauce, the chicken came out moist, tender and delicious!
