Eggplant Parmesan II
This recipe was very good and easy, but time consuming. As suggested by other reviewers, I let the eggplant sweat for 25 minutes. I would def make again.

T's Sweet Potato Fries
Not sure what I did wrong, I followed the recipes, but the fries were mushy and the seasoning was weird. Wont use this recipe again.
