Slow Cooker Butter Chicken
this is one of my families favorite recipes. The only changes I make--lite coconut milk and fat free greek yogurt. Also--we like to eat this with/on naan, similar to a flatbread wrap. YUM!!!

Authentic Mexican Tortillas
Although I can't roll them into perfect circles, apparently...these are DELICIOUS! I will definitely make these again. GREAT recipe! I cut the shortening in by hand then used my mixer to make it cohesive.
