Although I enjoy cooking, I am not very fast in the kitchen. So I am always looking for SUPER EASY and DELICIOUS recipes. Well, this is definitely just that. My husband and I LOVE this one! All I can say, if you love cauliflower you will LOVE this recipe! It's very simple to make and absolutely delicious. We ate every last bite! I used ground rosemary in the jar which obviously was fine. But next time I will try the recipe using fresh rosemary. Can't imagine how delicious that will be!

This is uniquely DELICIOUS and I love the fact that the recipe includes whole kernel corn. It is very buttery at 8 tablespoons so I reduce it to 6 and the bread still comes out with a tasty, buttery flavor. If you have trouble finding Masa Harina look in the imported foods section (e.g. Mexican) at your grocery store. This is a definite keeper!
