Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs
I put the sauce in a separate container and put both ribs and sauce in the fridge overnight, skimmed the grease the next day and heated the sauce adding the flour and water and a cup of prepared BBQ sauce to add more flavor and more sauce. The ribs were warmed on the grill for flavor and the meal was like eating dessert.
