Pumpkin Waffles with Apple Cider Syrup
These waffles are wonderful. My family loved them. I even made a pumpkin cream to go on top of them, oh my goodness. A keeper and really good for a cold winter's night.

Baked Potato Soup V
This is a Great recipe. I substituted real bacon and used the grease to make the roux. This packed in a whole lot more flavor. I also sauted a few of the onions with the bacon. Overall, I think the kids will absolutely love this soup.

Peppermint Patties
I just was not very pleased with this recipe. After letting the patties set out they became very dry and the taste was not good at all. I hope others have better luck with this recipe. I know,I will not bother with it again.
