Bean Quesadillas
I truly dislike beans and never eat them. After cooking these for vegetarian guests, I tasted them. And they could not stop eating. Delish, even for a 'bean hater'.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
Delicious and moist. A huge hit when I make it. I do not change anything either, since the recipe is perfect as it is.

Rosemary Red Potatoes
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I make these regularly, adding more fresh rosemary and garlic. Fabulous.
