Chicken Pot Pie IX
This was my first Pot Pie. It came out very good! I used potatoes, peas and carrots for my vegetable. I actually ended up using pulled pork instead of chicken because of leftovers we had. I did double the sauce recipe as suggested, but then had enough filling for 2 pies. No Problem-o though, I froze it and will make another at a later time!
