Pull-Apart Herb Bread
Yum! I love garlic and cheese, but don't like fennel. So I replaced the fennel with parsley, and used extra garlic and cheese (and only 1 Tbl. butter). I cut the biscuits in half like in a monkey bread recipe I use. I don't make biscuits, but there is no reason you can't make the biscuits if you don't like canned ones. Also, since I cut them, the biscuits didn't seem to fill the springform pan, so I put it in a loaf pan. My husband loved it. Delicious!

Blueberry Drop Cookies
Yum!! The first round didn't make it off the cooling rack onto the platter! They disappeared too quickly! I had no problem with the cookies melting too much or falling apart. I let them cool briefly on the cookie sheet before putting on the cooling rack. Since I love blueberries, I added extra blueberries, and had no problem getting several berries in each cookie. They taste like little blueberry muffins! The almond flavoring was great (and I think part of what makes it taste like muffins), but I might try vanilla next time. Thank you so much for such a wonderful recipe!

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops
I actually used this recipe on deer meat (thinking I had defrosted pork chops, I had deer chops instead). This was a very tasty dish! I didn't find it too salty, I don't know if that is a difference between the types of meat or not. I just lightly sprinkled seasoned salt and ground some pepper on each side. The recipe didn't say what size onion to use, and next time, I would use more - a large onion or two medium onions. The onion does cook down quite a bit.
