sorry I should have stated I don't use all the olive oil at one recipe. I make the orange olive oil to use again. It is just easier to infuse the olive oil when there it a bit more oil than about one table spoon. So after you infuse the olive oil I would only pour about 1 table spoon on top. Save the rest for another time.

Quick easy and healthy... what more could you want in a recipe??? i used a little less cheese than it called for. My picky picky family loved it! we put it on wheat pasta and sprinkled more cheese on top(son loves cheese so he had to see that it was on there)

It was okay.... but really it lacked a lot. It's nothing I would make again... and it's nothing I would even try to mold into something better... Next time I'll just look for a different recipe all together. Sad... because I LOVE Balsamic Vinegar!

I gave it five stars for how easy and yummy this was. I decided to make one with honey(on it not as a dip) and one with bananas. Both tasted great. I would have tried the jelly one too but happened to not have any. oops. Anyway... This is a great dish for kids!

This was so good! BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE! I was searching for a recipe to make my chops stand out and this was WONDERFUL! I didn't have shallots like I thought I did :( so I used onion and it still was wonderful! Everyone loved it! I was told to save this recipe because it's to be used AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! These were good and fairly easy, but i only gave it four stars because it didn't "WOW!" me. The family did love them though, even the picky younger ones.

Nice, Fluffy, Cake like.... GREAT with homemade cream cheese frosting!!! The frosting is what makes it so great though

These were soooo good! Very easy to make. I have never made biscotti before and I had no troubles with this recipe at all. I was told that I HAVE to make this again. I planned on making this for holiday guests but I it ended up being eaten before that happend. I definatly will make this over, and over, and over!

Okay I don't know if my scoreing is the nicest, but I had troubles with this recipe. I had it simmering for a LONG LONG LONG time and it never got to the softball stage... I began to think that maybe my thermometer was broken so I tested with the cool water.... and it never formed into balls. Finaly I just said forget it and added the vinilla and butter and followed the rest of the directions and it still came out okay... but was kinda hard to get out of the dish... I followed all the drections and just got stuck on that one part... it just never worked for me. the taste was still really good. i didn't have a problem with mine burning... even after it sat on simmer for like 20 mins... it didn't even burn after i turned it up and let it sit longer hopeing for it to get to the softball stage. But yeah.. only problem for me was temp problems.

This was SOOO good! I did what one of the people down below said to do and coated both sides with the chocolate and nuts. I also did what the author of the recipe does and used pecans... not because I like them better.. it was just the only nut in the house... but anyways. The taste was wonderful the crunch was perfect. I added a little bit of the nuts into the toffee.. it tasted just like See's candy... if not better! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THIS RECIPE! VERY EASY AND VERY VERY VERY GOOD!!!

I thought the taste was awesome but they didn't stay together very well... I didn't add egg or anything but I think it might have helped hold the burger form better. But they do taste mighty darn good!

Wonderful! I agree that it is more of a cake than a bar, but thats alright with me. I used the Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site, and reseved a little and dyed a little green and a little orange and decorated a little pumpkin on each piece. Very cute for Halloween or Fall treats.
