I have one picky son(age three) and one picky man(even more picky than my son) and then me... who loves anything and everything... (aside from liver) Soooo now it has become my job to create meals that satisfy my desire for FLAVOR and still appeal to my picky eaters. Anything that isn't from a box. Singing in the kitchen is a must! Everything tastes so much better when the cooks are singing. HAHA My sister and I like to sing Opera while cooking. If I taste something I like at a resturant I can go home and create a replica that tastes identical to the original. Made a wonderful vegi lasagna for a potluck and while pulling it out of the oven at the place in front of everyone my butter fingers fumbled it face down onto the door of the oven. *sigh* everyone said it smelt so wonderful that they scooped it off the door of the oven and threw it back in the dish and ate every last bite... so it was a tragedy turned triumph.
