Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Great tasting and very easy! I used 1 uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast, diced small, diced tomatoes instead of whole, 4 cups chicken broth and omitted the water, pinch of salt and dried cilantro, served with bought lime flavored tortilla's! One of my new favorite soups!

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies
I always make the recipe on the back of the peanut butter jar and love them, but thought I would try something new. My husband liked these better than the recipe on the jar. I thought they were good. They have a very peanut buttery taste. I like that they were very moist and chewy. I cooked them on parchment paper for 10 minutes and let them sit on the pan for 2 minutes outside of the oven to continue cooking. I took them to a party and everyone loved them. I am going to keep experimenting with different recipes to see if I can find a cookie that I absolutely love.

Frosted Banana Bars
Absolutely delicious! This was a big hit with everyone in my family, kids included. This cake was easy to make and very moist. It's going in my recipe collection. I made my own cream cheese frosting: 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup butter softened, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1 tblsp. milk. One of my kids wants me to make it for his birthday party cake. Thanks for sharing! update: I took the cake to his party and everyone LOVED it. A few asked for second pieces and wanted the recipe. Tip: I put the bananas for the cake in a brown paper bag on the counter to ripen faster since I bought them too late to ripen on their own.
