Cola Pot Roast II

I added chunked red potatoes and 8 oz of small whole fresh mushrooms. I also cut the garlic into slivers and inserted them directly into the roast. Fantastic!

Chicken Liver Pate

Left the remainder at a party and the hosts had it for breakfast the next day. I tripled the other amounts but used a little over a whole lb of livers. It was great for a party of 24.

Kathy's Award Winning Barbeque Sauce

Thank goodness I cut the pepper in half. What a wonderful sauce. I've been trying recipe after recipe and end up thowing them out. This one is not only a keeper but has ended my search for the perfect tomato-based sweet sauce.
