Quinoa and Black Beans
This is an excellent recipe. It has become one of my staples. I like to make a pot of it on Sunday and then have it for lunches all week. It is inexpensive, healthy, cruelty free, and delicious!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I had never had pumpkin cookies before, but I was pleasantly surprised. These were addictive!

Pepperoni Dip II
This was a huge hit. I got pepperoni from the deli counter and chopped it up in the food processor.
