Pork Tenderloin with Steamed Kale
My family loved this dish! The dressing was yummy! I used fresh minced garlic instead of garlic salt and used a hand blender to mix the dressing. I had enough left to use as a salad dressing! Yummy!

American-Style Red Beans and Rice
Pretty good and really fast and easy. Reminded me of meatless chili. I added a little bit of ground red pepper for a little more zing.

So flavorful! For a little kick, add a couple tablespoons of curry paste!
