I have made this three times now so I thought I better write a review finally! I obviously like it a lot and it's always come out perfect for me. Tofu soaks up marinades so well, it's like an edible sponge. The tangyness of the sauce and the tart/sweetness of the pineapple work so well together and I just love that it's tofu and not flesh that's used. Way to go Karla!

Oh My GOD!!!! I thought I was going to pass out from smelling it baking. It's awesome! I to added bittersweet chocolate, but in addition to the semi-sweet. I also grounded up some of the chocolate in my processor and sprinkled it on once it was cooled. I'll never make or eat regular angel food cake AGAIN! It just wouldn't be right.:)

I totally agree with the last reviewer. This is great, i'm eating it right now. It's sooo chocolatey and rich, yet not overwhelmingly. It's perfect chocolate pudding. Dairy is so bad for people contrary to popular belief, so this is perfect, a dairyless pudding and one would never know if they weren't told.
