Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These were the best!! I par-boiled for 2 minutes then cooled and put in the ziploc bag with the oil and spices. I cooked for about 20 minutes at 400. I will use tinfoil on my pan next time since I had to throw the pan away!I soaked it for 2 days and couldn't get the black off.

Amish Cinnamon Bread

This is awesome with a few addjustments. I used 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup applesauce. 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar added dried cranberries and chopped dates. WOW!

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

The BEST!! Pizza I have ever made!!. Only change I made was added crisp bacon. I marinated the chicken in Kens Italian dressing and cooked it on the grill. Everyone loved it including my 3 year old granddaughter.

Blackened Tuna

This was the best tuna I ever had! I cooked it in a iron skillet that I let heat up on the gas grill till it was smoking. Cooked 3 min. per side. Am making again for company New Years Eve. THANK YOU!!!

Chinese Pork Chops

Cheese Herb Bread

I made this bread twice. The first time I put all ingredients into my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer in order that was given. I baked it in the oven and it ws good but almost like a foccachia bread. The next day I tried again and dissolved the yeast in the water and made it like I would a regular receipe for the mixer. I made the dough in the morning and brought it to friends that evening and baked it there. It was the best bread I ever had!!My friends and husband agreed. Will make often.

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

This was excellent. The only thing I added was fresh grated Romano cheese. I used delmonte diced tomatoes because it was all I had. I also left the garlic in and added a cut up red pepper. It is in my receipe box!!
