Autumn Cheesecake
I've had this recipe saved in my box for 3 years now and finally made it for Thanksgiving this year. Overall it was good and my family enjoyed it, but not enough to make again. I thought the apple/cheesecake combo wasn't the best... I guess I'm more of a purist when it comes to cheesecake.

Molasses Cookies
This recipe is soooo fantastic!!! I used butter in place of margarine because I never use margarine, and orange juice in place of water like others suggested... definitely use the OJ! yummm!
