I love cooking and baking when I can find the time in my usually busy schedule. Chicken pot pie, baked ziti. desserts, especially pies. and cakes when I have the time. Before I went back to school, I used to make fun decorated cakes for everyone's birthday Breakfast/Brunch My mom would use OJ and Oatmeal as substitutions for Milk and the dried mix when making pancakes... Cooking ability skips a generation in my family apparently. A cake shaped like a roller coaster... first of many fancy cakes. I hate layered desserts... I inevitably would be left with a perfectly cooked middle and top layer with a raw bottom.
