Cheese Filled Triangles
My husband and friends really liked these. It is a lot of work using the phyllo dough. I've also made the filling and put them in the phyllo dough pastry cups to save a ton of time and they were still great.

Herbed Eggplant Slices
This was a good basic recipe, but nothing special. Might be good with some kind of dipping sauce to go with it.

Delicious Grilled Hamburgers
These were good hamburgers, but not as good as the cheddar bacon hamburgers on this site. Those are to die for!
