Classic Cinnamon Rolls
Absolutely wonderful!! So moist and tender. I made the dough exactly like the recipe and it came out perfect. For the filling, I used half white sugar, half brown sugar and I tripled the cinnamon (no, it wasn't too much). I made my own cream cheese icing. This will be my staple cinnamon roll recipe for sure!

Cheese Filled Triangles
My husband and friends really liked these. It is a lot of work using the phyllo dough. I've also made the filling and put them in the phyllo dough pastry cups to save a ton of time and they were still great.

Herbed Eggplant Slices
This was a good basic recipe, but nothing special. Might be good with some kind of dipping sauce to go with it.
