Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

The title says it all!! This is a WONDERFUL cake! It gets even better the next day... and the next. This recipe makes too much frosting. I probably cut the frosting in half next time.

Cuban Midnight Sandwich

Good, quick dinner. The pickles add a lot to the sandwhich! I wasn't watching very carefully and they got a little over-done, but still tasted fine.

Totally Tangy Baked French Fries

Spicy Pretzels

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

Yummy! I didn't have any cream on hand, so I just added 2/3 cup mile with a Tbl. of melted butter. It turned out fine, but I'll use cream next time. My husband like it because it wasn't "too heavy".

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Wonderful recipe! I made a few changes; I added 2 mashed, very ripe bananas, and I didn't have any butter, so I skipped the crumb topping and just sprinkled a little white sugar on top. They were very moist and tender!
