Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
The title says it all!! This is a WONDERFUL cake! It gets even better the next day... and the next. This recipe makes too much frosting. I probably cut the frosting in half next time.

Cuban Midnight Sandwich
Good, quick dinner. The pickles add a lot to the sandwhich! I wasn't watching very carefully and they got a little over-done, but still tasted fine.

Aunt Fannie's Dinner
There's not much to this dinner- I had to add a lot of spices, more garlic, etc. I threw away the leftovers.
