Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
I did not get to this recipe as soon as I had hoped and my salmon smelled a little suspicious so I put the stuff I had prepared in the fridge and used it tonight on chicken! I coated both sides of chicken with honey/mustard and dredged in crumb mixture, cooked it for 15 minutes a side and did not use lemon, of course. It was really yummy. 3 out of four kids gave it a thumbs up! Next time will serve it with a rice side dish.
