Squash Casserole II

This was very easy and delicious. It really makes enough to serve 8-10, so I halved the recipe to serve just my family.

Mom's Pineapple-Carrot Cake

I prepared this cake to take to a sports banquet for my daughter's track team. It was quite a hit! It took a bit longer to bake than the recipe called for, though.
