BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs
We LOVED these meatballs! I wouldn't change a thing. I turned them over after baking 30 minutes and they turned out perfect. Yumm!

Easy Lemon Cookies
I was surprised at how well we liked these cookies! My husband devoured them! Instead of oil, I used 1/3 heaping cup of applesauce. I also added a small package of sugar-free lemon jello. They turned out perfect. If you like the flavor of lemon, you'll love these easy to make, cake-like cookies!

Orange Baked Acorn Squash
Everyone loved it! Personally, I thought it had too much nutmeg, but I will definitely make it again, but I'll use 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg instead of 1 teaspoon. Try it!
