Ingrid's Caesar Salad Dressing
This is amazing! I did substitute blue cheese for the blue cheese dressing since I didn't have any dressing. Thanks for sharing.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I'd give this one more stars if I could!! It was great. I was a little leary about the beer but could not taste the beer in the soup at all. I had chicken left over from making a crockpot roasted chicken earlier and used that instead of cooking the breasts with the other ingredients. This was a wonderful soup for a cold evening. Thanks for sharing.

Beet and Cheddar Risotto
I left out some of the cheese and was glad I did. Also, I had a very, very hard time getting past the way this looked...to me it looked like raw meat on my plate. Sorry
