Wanted pancakes but didnt have any mix. Great recipe! Alm ost as easy as box mix, and with few ingredients that everyone has in the pantry. Great texture and just the right thickness! Hit with the kids and the husband. Will definitely make again!

This was sooooooooo tasty! Took it to a gathering and everyone was in cheesecake heaven. Mine did not crack. Took care to not overmix, left it in oven as directed to cool, and placed a separate pan of water in the oven while it baked. Topped with rasberry sauce (just microwave seedless raspberry jam). Yum Yum. Go Chantal!

Very good. Very, very chocolaty--almost too much chocolate if that is even possible. Very rich and dense. Great for pms or recession blues.
