Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This was sooooooooo tasty! Took it to a gathering and everyone was in cheesecake heaven. Mine did not crack. Took care to not overmix, left it in oven as directed to cool, and placed a separate pan of water in the oven while it baked. Topped with rasberry sauce (just microwave seedless raspberry jam). Yum Yum. Go Chantal!
