I have never made banana bread before, although I have tasted many. This bread came out tasty tasty tasty! I doubled the ammount of bananas taking the suggestion from others. Definitely a great no fat version.

It took about an hour to roll all the balls, and put it all together-- the recipe did not turn out anything like what I had imagined. The meatballs are bland, the sauce has no particular taste-- I made them in advnace planning to serve them as an appetizer at Christmas- i'm not sure i'll even put them out. I would NOT suggest this recipe to anyone... very dissapointing!

This recipe has been a hit every single time I have served it. So much so, in fact people have told me I should market it!! It is definitely a GREAT alternative to regular meat pie. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!
