Libby's(R) Pumpkin Cranberry Bread
We loved this, and normally my husband and son will not eat anything pumpkin! I used 3/4C OJ and only 1/4 C Extra light olive oil. I also used 1/2 C oatmeal and 1C wheat flour, and the rest white flour, a dash of wheat germ, and used blueberries rather than cranberries. I sprinkled oats and cinnamon/sugar on top. GOOD!
