Sweet Corn Cake

This is a really great recipe! I first tried this out for St. PAtrick's Day. I use a point cut of corned beef and trim as much fat as possible before placing it in the crockpot. This helps to make it less greasy. My husband loved it! He's a bit of a picky eater and he's asked me to make it several times since March. This recipe has found a permanent place in my collection.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

This recipe is good for what it is. That having been said, I was a bit disappointed. I was looking for more breading than this provided. The result isn't quite what we're used to when we have country fried steak. I'll continue my search for "THE" recipe.

Baked Potato Soup I

Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

I added the extra 1/4 cup of Peanut butter, which made these "just like Mom used to make". For my hubby, I added chocolate chips. Great recipe.

Banana Banana Bread

Made this last night, adding 1/2 cup walnuts and about a teaspoon of cinnamon and a few dashes of pumpkin pie spice. It turned out WONDERFUL! Definately a keeper!
