This is a really great recipe! I first tried this out for St. PAtrick's Day. I use a point cut of corned beef and trim as much fat as possible before placing it in the crockpot. This helps to make it less greasy. My husband loved it! He's a bit of a picky eater and he's asked me to make it several times since March. This recipe has found a permanent place in my collection.

This recipe is good for what it is. That having been said, I was a bit disappointed. I was looking for more breading than this provided. The result isn't quite what we're used to when we have country fried steak. I'll continue my search for "THE" recipe.
