Amazing taste. Not so amazing presentation. I made this for Father's Day and my entire family loved it. I wasn't so happy with the way it looked. The cake cracked as I was rolling it so it looked more like a layer cake than a roll. Maybe I left it in the oven too long. I will make this again but will have to try to find a way to make it look nicer.

Second time making this. I was a little disapointed. My mistake though. I did not follow the advice of cooking on a baking sheet with a rack. When I made the first time I did follow the advice and they came out so crispy. Much better. Take the time and follow this step you will not be disappointed.

So tasty. Made this for my sister-in-laws bridal shower. Everyone loved it. I have been asked 3 times for the recipe. Will make this again and again.
