Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2008
Maybe I didn't do something right, but this didn't taste very much like teriyaki to me. It didn't taste bad, but it also didn't taste that great either. I won't make it again.

Fudgy Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
These muffins were really moist and delicious. I will definitely make them again. I tweaked the recipe a bit. I added sour cream in place of apple sauce because I didn't have any and butter in place of margarine.

Fried Butterflied Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2007
My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I took the advice of the previous reviewers and cut the water by half. I seasoned the shrimp and cornstarch mixture and used italian bread crumbs. I placed the batter and breadcrumbs in two zip lock bags and shook the shrimp in each mixture because I had medium sized shrimp. Really Good

My husband and daughter really enjoyed this recipe. I followed everyone's advice and used half milk and half water. I served it with candy canes for stiring and marshmallows. I will definitely make this again.

California Chicken Stir Fry

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2005
This was really a great meal. It will become a staple at our house. I omitted the pineapple and it still turned out really well. I did not have the stir fry mix that the recipe called for, so I used the market brand (broccoli, carrots, and water chestnuts) as well as my own onion, and green pepper.

Pumpkin Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2004
These muffins were moist, good and easy to make, but a bit to oily for my taste. The second time I made them I decreased the oil by 1/2 cup and added a 1/2 cup more pumpkin, vanilla and spice (cinnamon and nutmeg) much tastier!
