Chili I
It was worth all the tears (from cutting the onions). I used black beans and added a habanero pepper for spice (I was out of cayenne). 1/2 hour into cooking it smelled AWFUL but a day later- after the flavors had time to blend, it is AWESOME! What a great recipe- It almost rivals the MEXICAN CORN chowder (found at this site). I'll definitely make this again and again.
