Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
This is the PERFECT hummus recipe according to my idea what what hummus should taste like. I reduced the cayenne to 1/8 b/c my kids would otherwise think it was too spicy. This tastes pretty much exactly like Trader Joe's roasted pepper hummus. Excellent!

Spiced Quinoa
This was very good and basically the way I was expecting it to taste by the picture and reading the recipe. I did add about 1/2 Tbsp. of honey and omitted the pine nuts (I didn't have any), but I can't wait to try it with them!

Better Than Sex Cake II
I doubled the recipe for my son's birthday party. I used dulce du leche topping. Despite the fact that the party was small, this cake was completely devoured! It is excellent! I'm making it again this year.
