This is very good. Not a quick recipe to make though. The assembling is a little bit tricky. We actually got it wrong and then thought we made it wrong. We only were able to fill one loaf pan about half full with chocolate and then we noticed we cut the lady finger the wrong way. I assume it's supposed to be a very thin dessert. Everyone did love it and the choc. filling has a good flavor.

I made this for my husband to take to work for a healthy option for birthday celebrations. Everyone loved it. I loved how easy it was. It's definitely a denser not super light and fluffy like angel food cake. Really good with cool whip.

very good recipe! I added half a large onion chopped up. I used 6 cups of beef broth instead of chicken. I also put about 1/4 of it in a blender at the end and pureed it. I also added the jalepeno pepper to the blender and I only used half a pepper. Very yummy with a little mexican cheese and sour cream on top.
