Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Very easy to make and was received well by company. Instead of using shredded cheese, I used fresh, pearl mozzarella which added a better flavor.

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

As suggested by other users, I doubled the spices and this recipe really needs that. I made this in a loaf pan and it was in the oven for more than an hour. I planned on adding the sour cream, but when I prepared the batter, it was quite thin so I didn't think that it needed it. Afterwards, I wish that I had added it because it is quite dry and probably won't keep very well. I served it with homemade vanilla whipped cream and it was a very delicious fall dessert!

Caramelized-Onion, Spinach, and Bacon Quiche

I did not make my own crust, but rather opted to use a store-bought pie crust. Next time I would omit the bacon all together as the flavor of it didn't really go well with the rest of the ingredients. I also topped it with mozzarella cheese as that is what I had on hand. Great base recipe!

Coconut Bread Pudding

Great recipe for my first time making bread pudding! I substituted almond extract for coconut extract and used all flaked coconut rather than using 1/2 cup of the fresh stuff. I served it with whipped cream with a bit of almod extract mixed in and it was delicious.

Oatmeal Cake I

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING! This recipe is so simple and easy to prepare. I made it for Thanksgiving as an alternate for pumpkin pie and it was a hit. Definitely will make again and again. Thanks so much, Shirley!

Crisp Tortellini Bites

This is a easy, simple recipe to make as an appetizer. Rave reviews from everybody. I would suggest using non-stick cooking spray on the cookie sheet before baking ot make turning them over easier. Love it! Will definitely be making again!

Chicken and Mushroom Saute

This was a very quick and easy-to-prepare meal. I would strongly suggest using fresh mushrooms and chicken broth. I added some minced garlic for flavor but it still wasn't savory enough to satisfy us.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

I would have given this recipe 10 stars if I could have!! It was so simple and easy to make! The flavor was amazing and everything turned out just right. I served it with sauteed mushrooms with garlic and mashed potatoes (made from the box). I will definitely be making this again and again. Thanks, Toni. :)

Apple Pecan Cobbler

This dish tasted AMAZING! But that's not the best part, it was so easy to make!! One side note: I changed the baking time from 55 minutes to 45 minutes, and it was perfect. I will definitely be making this again.

Caramel Pecan Pie

This pie was DELICIOUS! I would recommend baking it for a little less time as the top of the pie I made was a bit chewy. Otherwise this was a wonderful recipe that I will be saving to use for Thanksgiving! :)
