Creamiest Chocolate Mousse
Devilishly decadent! I had the same problem as others with the chocolate "chunks" in my mousse, but this is a result of my not letting the chocolate cool enough before adding it to the egg mixture. Next time I'll know better.

Oranged Cranberry Sauce
Have been making this for years and it's always a big hit. Will NEVER go back to the canned stuff. I usually let it simmer for longer to get a nice thick consistency.

Fabulous French Loaves
Perfect! My husband(who used to be a baker) said that it was one of the best he's ever tasted and I agree completely. This is one recipe I will be using again and again and again...
