German Beef Rouladen
This had an incredible aroma when it was cooking. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception that I used sirloin instead of round steak. My husband and I thought the sour cream gravy and meat were very bland. I would not make this again.

Busy Day Barbeque Brisket
I have tried to cook brisket and it has always turned out tough and inedible, but not this time!! thank you Shannon my family just loved this and I will be making it often.

Chateaubriand con Vino Brodo
This was fantastic! The sauce is to die for. There were only two things that I did differently: I let the olive oil, lemon juice and herbs soak into the meat for 24 hours and I added sliced portabella mushrooms to the sauce. Absolutely incredible
