Collard Greens and Beans
this is very good the only change I made was instead of adding plain water, I boiled some smoked pork neck bones until the meat fell off the bone and used the broth and meat to give it a wonderful rich hearty flavor.

German Beef Rouladen
This had an incredible aroma when it was cooking. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception that I used sirloin instead of round steak. My husband and I thought the sour cream gravy and meat were very bland. I would not make this again.

Busy Day Barbeque Brisket
I have tried to cook brisket and it has always turned out tough and inedible, but not this time!! thank you Shannon my family just loved this and I will be making it often.
