Hawaiian Bread I

This was a very nice tasting bread, but I have to watch it closely to make sure the loaf doesn't get too dark due to the high sugar content. I have to work hard to make this turn out well.

Pseudo Sourdough for the Bread Machine

I love sourdough. This isn't sourdough. It is a nice bread, but I don't think it makes a very good substitute for the real thing.

Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread

This bread had a great texture and a good taste, but with my machine, the loaf came out VERY dark. I'll try the recipe again, but with a lighter setting.
