Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting

This looked good to me when I read the recipe and I was happy to find a new frosting since I'm always making the same few. But even though I more than doubled both brown sugar and honey it still wasn't very sweet. Maybe if I liked cream cheese a little more it would have helped. I usually like cream cheese frosting but this one was not a pleasing taste or texture.

Makhani Chicken (Indian Butter Chicken)

This was extraordinarily delicious. My only regret was that I had to stop eating it for fear I would gain weight. It was hard to stop. The flavors were so wonderful together. I did add extra garam masala because I read that some felt it wasn't very spicy. I love spicy.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

This was a very easy, throw together kind of meal but it tastes very yummy. I took the suggestions from others and did not pre-cook the noodles and it came out great. I also tried making this with zucchini and it was also fantastic.

Beef Bourguignon II

This was excellent. I used fresh onions and mushrooms, not canned, and it worked very well. I made it Christmas Day and everyone loved it. I wouldn't change anything else the flavor was fantastic. Thank you for the recipe, I plan to make it often.

Carrie's Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Pasta

Oh my this was soooo good. I didn't have the olives so had to omit them but know they would be great. I didn't have the white wine so used white wine vinegar diluted with a little water. I was afraid it might not work but it was fantastic. I'm having this one many times for sure.

Carrot Pineapple Cake I

Mini Parmesan Scones

This was also my first time making scones. I was delighted with how simple it was. Doubly delighted that they tasted so good. My only problem was that I wanted to eat them all myself. Love them thanks Karla.
