Easy Key Lime Pie I
My boyfriend begged me to make him Key lime pie, becuase he decided he liked the Astro key lime yogurt????....Men!!! I had never made key lime pie before, let alone any type of pie for that matter. This recipe was so easy and so quik. I read some of the suggestions but decided to stick with the original, I figured hey if it's the winner of an award it can't be that bad. The flavor was great, not too tart not too eggy. I put it in a premade short bread crust and put a layer of cool whip on top and Garnished with a Curl of lime peel. The four of us finished the entire pie within 10 min. But DEFFINATLEY ADD GREEN FOOD COLORING!!! The pie will otherwise be very Yellow!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna
I absolutley LOVE this lasagna, it is easy to make and tastes great! I usually triple the recipe and put it in to smaller square pans (makes about 6-8)Then I just freeze them so that I can pull them out for a quik and easy diner whenever I like. I usually bake one pan if it's just me and the boyfriend, or two if it's the whole family. Freezing the lasagna doesn't take away from the flavor, but makes it much tastier as the juices have had time to come together. I always add spinach and extra garlic to the sauce, as well as feta or some sort of other flavored cheese. This makes for a wonderfully flavored pasta dish that your family will love!
