Amaretto

I must admit I didn't like this too much. Tasted sweet but not enough alcohol to balance out. However, it does go well with cola.

Five Ingredient Ice Cream

I used evaporated milk instead of ordinary milk. Really rich and creamy. States better than some of the store bought stuff. Instant hit.

Colorful Four Bean Salad

Used black eyed peas, kidney and green beans as I did't have any of the others. Was delicious. Can't wait to make again.
