Dijon Thyme Chicken
I've made this recipe several ways. The first was exactly according to the recipe, which I thought was very good and extremely easy to make~bonus! The last 4-5 times, I've made it, I added extra garlic cloves and also about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese (to the breadcrumb mix, which I put in a plastic bag and shake the chicken for easier clean-up) Every time I make it, I get compliments from even the pickiest of eaters. In fact, this is my 12 year old daughter's favorite chicken dish. I usually serve it with some sort of chicken rice pilaf and corn.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
These cookies were awesome! The first time that I made them, I went by the exact recipe. The next 2 times I only used 2.5 cups of oats, substituted 1 cup of flour for whole wheat flour, used 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and added raisins. The last time I also added chopped walnuts. Each time they were gobbled up by everyone. The best part, aside from the taste of course, is how easy and quick these are to make! The only minor problem I had was mixing after adding the oats. Will make these again and again. Thanks for the wonderful recipe, Barabara!

Apple Pie
What a yummy pie, and so very easy! I made it several times, changing the recipe a little each time before writing a review. I give it 5 Stars for the making eaxctly according to the recipe and also give it 5 Stars with minor modifications. (I really hate constantly reading certain reviews when the reviewer admits to not making it according to the recipe and then rates the recipe low based on their changes!! I mean, Duh! There should really be rules against doing that) Anyway, with my picky family, we preferred the crust brushed with milk and cinnamon. I also used the frozen premade crust made by Mrs. Smith, which after trying all of the premade crusts, that seems to be closest to my gram's homeade crust. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe, it's a keeper!
