Apricot Chicken I
I made this yesterday to take to a friend who is recovering from surgery. We all really enjoyed it. I did add garlic, some sliced onions and red pepper flakes and cooked it in an electric frying pan after I browned the chicken breasts. Great recipe - thanks. I won't go on my monthly rotation, too many calories, but I'll remember it for pot lucks, company etc.
