Banana Sour Cream Bread

Best banana bread I've ever had. I subbed fat free plain yogurt for the sour cream and subbed 1/2 the sugar with splenda, and it was still moist and delicious.

Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

This was great. I used cranberry stove top, and the cranberries really added to it. My kids named it thanksgiving casserole. It would taste great with leftover Turkey too. You could easily double the recipe and still fit it in a single 9X13 dish too to feed more people. We'll definitely add this to our regulars.

These are really good muffins. Certainly not the absolutely most delicious muffins I've ever had, but for how healthy they are, they are excellent. Exactly what I was looking for: a delicious muffin that is good for my family.

Deep Dish Brownies

I added chocolate chips to the batter. These are by far the best homemade brownies I've ever had. They're not cakey at all and have that from-the-box flaky stuff on top.

Tomato Curry Chicken

I made this recipe with lemonade instead of beer because we don't use alcohol, but it was still great. Taste was very good, perhaps four star, but the ease of preparation compared to many curry recipes makes this worth five stars.

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

I make this pie exactly as the recipe states, and it it is perfect as is. I do sometimes make is sugar free using splenda and sugar free pudding, and it comes out great too.
