Mexican Shepherd's Pie
I put the Golden Sweet cornbread recipe on top and added a can of beans. My son ate 3 helpings.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
Best banana bread I've ever had. I subbed fat free plain yogurt for the sour cream and subbed 1/2 the sugar with splenda, and it was still moist and delicious.
